Welcome session in the morning, with time to rest from your journey and get to know your fellow travelers. General orientation to the program, with a visit to the Giraffe Center (AFEW) for lunch and afternoon program with the program manager, Christine.
Day 3: Sat, July 16 Nairobi
Visit the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, Nairobi National Park with Kenya Wildlife Service special program? Marula Studios Flip Flop recycling center with special guide to discuss conservation programs.
Day 4: Sun, July 17

Day 5: Mon, July 18

Visit Ol Pejeta Conservation, with rhino and chimpanzee programs, and Ngare Ndare to hear about local people conserving the natural environment—how Ngare Ndare was established, etc.

Return to Nairobi, to rest overnight before flights home the next day
